Can clients book more than one pet at a time?
Yes. Pet parents select every pet visiting and choose a main service and any add-ons for each one, and the visit length is calculated for the whole group.
Can I stop clients from booking certain services online?
Yes. You pick which services are bookable online, and you can keep staff-only services, like specialty treatments, off the portal entirely.
Will online booking double-book my groomers?
No. Availability comes from each groomer's schedule and existing appointments, and conflicts are checked before a booking is accepted.
Can I review bookings before they are confirmed?
Yes. Switch the portal to approval mode and every request arrives as pending until you confirm it.
